Definitely keep an eye on this one, the appointment of Belousov instead of an A0team insider to a post with theft potential matching Putin's own is going to cause a lot of resentment.
I disagree with Konstantin that the appointment needed to be a military one. This isn't necessarily a militayr job and a civilian who knows where the money has been going and how to decrease the amount being laundered through The City in London would be a great asset to the war effort.
I just don't think it's going to work, everybody at every level is stealing the military blond. Belousov tries to stop that, he's going to find his undies starched with Novichok within a month.
Surovikin was enroute to Russia a few days ago. One wonders what his role will be: savior or target practice.
