That was the studio version of the song over some contemporary images.
It's by far my favorite song by them, and they might have sounded good live at times, but this isn't evidence of it.
Neither was Monterey Pop. The audio was sketchy & they weren't in sync vocally.
It was hard to be a subtle band at a big show in those days. The hardware wasn't up to it. Loud, blasting acts? Different story.
So, we'll never know how good some of these 60s acts could really be live.
