Trump lied about the size of the rally.
It was held at the Lincoln Avenue beach which has a capacity of 20,000. A photo of the event from the air shows maybe 11,000 to 12, 000.
No where the 82,500 crowds Bruce Springsteen's show.

OP
Wouldn't surprise me. Reporters take the easy way out and uncritically report Trump campaign's numbers.

Lot of lazy people in the business.

had set up to rout people in. Unless I was seeing the very tail end of the crowd going in, it did not look huge. I've been to concerts at the same size venue with the same setup.

(72 posts)3. How is the capacity 20,000 if Springsteen had 80,000?
I cant find a full picture from the air. It looks like standing only no seats. Im not sure how they get a count.
His team is saying more than 100,000 but most articles look like 10s of thousands.

(72 posts)5. Ok. I'm lost on the Springsteen comparison then.

Springsteen. In New Jersey, no less. And that Springsteen voted for him.
