.....they should be doing in the NY election coverup case?

Trump is not in the lead in ALL the polls.

I see it; they don't want to see Trump-supporting Congress members complaining to them that they don't defend Trump like a Trump cultist does.

Or Casey Anthony. Most of us have learned never to guess what a jury will do based on the talking TV heads.
